Subject of examination
Description of the examination subject and the process for assessing work feasibility for a particular item.
- The product and its construction features
- Manufacture and condition materials
- Specialist criteria and questions
Examination questions
- Which set of features needs examination?
- Which data allow the classification hypothesis to be checked?
- Which limitations of the object's condition affect the answer?
The suggested wording is a starting point. Before agreeing the task, establish which objects are available, which features can be examined and the result format needed. An excessively broad question is better divided into several verifiable tasks.
What to prepare
- Product description and documents
- Photographs and known condition information
- Procedural questions where applicable
Scope and limitations
Direct examination feasibility, specialist checks and lawful object transfer conditions are agreed with a relevant specialist. Do not send the item without prior agreement.
Missing materials should be identified in advance. If they are insufficient, this may change the scope, require additional objects or prevent an answer. A disputing party's assumption is not itself a specialist examination result.
Before work begins
The subject, questions, object access, personnel, result format, timing and cost are agreed separately. Before work starts, you receive the agreed question list, cost and timeframe.
